The Brega Petroleum Marketing Company (BPMC)’s High Procurement Committee (HPC) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the following tenders:

 

  1- Supply of 3 Ambulance vehicles .

  2-Complete Access Control System for Oil Terminals and Building for (40) sites.

  3-Rimseal and Halone Replacement Systems.

                                                                                                                                                           

 

1-     Bidder must enclose with the offer the following documents:

-         company profile

-         financial status

2-     Offer validity until 31/03/2008

3-     A successful Bidder shall be requested to submit 5% of the total price of the bid in a form of a certified check payable to BPMC within 2 weeks from date of awarding notification.

4-     Bids shall be submitted to the secretary of the HPC supported by bidding and contracting entitlement document,  enclosed in a sealed red-waxed and stamped envelope, forwarded to the head of the HPC at the following address:

Behind Alfatah terminal

Loss Prevention Department building

5-     Closing date of submission is on Sunday at noon 23/12/2007

6-     The HPC is not obliged to select lowest offered price and reserves the right to reject any bid without expressing any reasons.

7-     Financial evaluation shall be processed only on the bid that has its technical offer in compliance with the required specifications.
